The platform is designed to facilitate a community-based system where members may provide help to other members and receive help according to the applicable platform rules and processes.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must use your own account and must not share your login credentials.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• We may restrict or suspend accounts containing false or misleading information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, withdrawal address and other account information. Any activity performed through your account may be treated as activity authorized by you unless reported promptly.

Members who choose to provide help must follow the instructions and payment timelines displayed on the platform. Members must not submit false payment information or intentionally delay a legitimate transaction.

• Provide only funds that you can afford to provide.
• Verify transaction information before making any payment.
• Upload genuine transaction information when requested.

A member requesting or receiving help must provide accurate information and complete required confirmation steps. Receiving help is subject to availability, platform rules, verification and applicable conditions.

All transactions must be made through the payment details provided or approved by the platform. You are responsible for verifying the recipient, payment method, wallet address, UPI ID or other payment details before completing a transaction.

You are solely responsible for providing the correct withdrawal address. If you use a cryptocurrency withdrawal method, you must ensure that the selected network and wallet address are compatible.

• TRC20 withdrawals must use a compatible TRON address.
• BEP20 withdrawals must use a compatible BNB Smart Chain address.
• The platform is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address or network selected by the member.

Members must not use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities.

• Creating multiple fraudulent accounts.
• Providing false identity or payment information.
• Attempting to manipulate transactions, balances or platform records.
• Using another person's account without authorization.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another member's account.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, restrict or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws or platform security requirements.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict platform access for maintenance, security updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Participation in any financial or community-based transaction involves risk. You should make independent decisions and participate only with funds you can afford to lose. No statement on the platform should be interpreted as a guarantee of profit or financial return.

Information submitted through the platform may be collected and processed for account management, verification, transaction processing, security and other legitimate platform purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
